Refund policy
TERMS, RULES & POLICIES:
Classes start promptly at the designated time. Students/participants are requested to arrive on time ready to participate in the workshop. Students/participants of Project Fashion Works are required to remain in the classroom at all times. There are no exceptions. We will not allow any student/participant in the workshop to leave the facilities at any point in the day prior to the conclusion of class. Guardians of minor children will be asked to come inside with proper identification to pick up their children at the conclusion of class.
Students are expected to be courteous to the instructor as well as to the other students/participants. Bullying and disrespecting behavior towards anyone will not be tolerated.
Project Fashion Works reserves the right, at its discretion, to withdraw any participant from the workshop, whose actions or behavior are deemed unsatisfactory to the workshop. Project Fashion Works further reserves the right, at its discretion, to also dismiss from the workshop any participant who violates the rules and policies of the workshop. If such an incident occurs and a participant is dismissed from the workshop, there will be no refund of any kind whatsoever and the course fee is forfeited by the participant.
I understand that Project Fashion Works assumes no liability for the well-being and safety of participants during the programs' operating hours. By signing up for a Project Fashion Works class, I give Project Fashion Works permission to reproduce and publish any photograph, video or likeness of my child for advertising and commercial purposes.
Tuition is fully refundable 45 days prior to the first scheduled class by making a request in writing to Project Fashion Works by email at elana@projectfashionworks.com. After this date, there will be absolutely no refunds of any kind.
